Prepare one production brief
Define the audience, one message, destination format, call to action and visual constraints. Write a three-beat script before generating media.
- 0–4s: establish
- 4–11s: demonstrate
- 11–15s: resolve and CTA
Build stills before motion
Generate or approve one frame per beat, preserving character, product, palette and layout. Animate only shortlisted frames, then create narration against the locked timing.
Troubleshoot the assembly
If scenes feel disconnected, reduce stylistic variation and reuse stronger references. If narration sounds rushed, shorten copy rather than forcing faster speech. Review safe zones, captions and loudness on the target platform.
